We are recruiting for an Air Import Clerk to join a busy air freight team based in Slough.
Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Manage air import shipments from arrival through to clearance and delivery
* Prepare and check import documentation (AWBs, invoices, customs entries)
* Coordinate customs clearance in line with current regulations
* Liaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams
* Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with customs and CAA requirements
Requirements
* Previous air import or freight forwarding experience
* Basic understanding of customs procedures and import documentation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
