The Role
The Senior Project Manager role will hold overall delivery responsibility for a broad variety of events. No two days will be the same, but broadly duties will include :
* Client liaison - building and developing key relationships
* Brief taking and pitch management
* Generating proposal ideas and costings
* Venue and 3rdparty supplier management
* Timeline scheduling and overall project management
* Delegate management and logistical organisation
* Budget management up to £1million
* On‑site event delivery internationally
* Line management of a small junior team
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have event agency experience and a proven ability of managing events from brief through to onsite delivery, including client liaison and budget management. We are seeking experienced individuals with a proven event delivery background at this level and exposure to mentoring or management of a small team.
