The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment function and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Pre-screening potential candidates and managing applications
* Requesting, verifying and recording right-to-work documents
* Carrying out employment checks and referencing
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records and spreadsheets
* Drafting contracts and completing background checks
* Scheduling interviews and sending invitations
* Liaising with internal departments to support recruitment processes
* Uploading documents to our applicant tracking system
* Answering and directing calls, posting adverts, and providing admin support
* Supporting the Head of Resourcing with ad hoc tasks
What We're Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems (or keen to learn)
* A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
