Sales Enablement Manager
Engineius is looking for an outstanding candidate to fill a newly created role that serves as the hub of our commercial team, driving sales enablement and pipeline enrichment across our top 1,000 opportunities.
This fast‑paced position requires a hungry self‑starter who can manage shifting priorities while delivering real impact and positioning themselves for a senior role.

Engineius aims to make vehicle movement easy, building the leading end‑to‑end movement solution in the UK for customers such as Hertz and The AA. Since launching in April 2018 we have acquired 80+ clients, saved 10 million+ tonnes of CO₂, and won 7 industry awards.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Enrichment – Use commercially available tools and our CRM to enrich data, ensure data quality, and generate reporting in partnership with the MIS team.
* Product Development – Collaborate with commercial, marketing and product teams to define client activation, sales materials, campaign coordination, segmentation and competitor intelligence.
* Sales Team Activity & Effectiveness – Maintain full diaries for field teams, engage customers via phone, email and social media, and facilitate Business Development Manager meetings.
* Field Team Pre & Post Meeting Management – Map decision makers, conduct relationship mapping, drive appointments, brief teams and capture and track follow‑up actions.
