You will be responsible to the Working Trades and Services Supervisor (Electrical) and other appropriate officers for the undertaking of electrical work as directed within the Property Maintenance Service, either individually or as part of a team.

* Project Management Unit– Operating thePortfolio Office, ensuring the effective delivery of capital projects.
* Estates Management Unit– Managing council land, property assets, andinvestment portfolios, supporting urban regeneration.
* Programme Delivery Unit – Leading the design, construction, and delivery ofphysical regeneration projects.
* Property Maintenance Unit– Ensuring council buildings remainlegally compliant, safe, and fit for purpose.
This department plays apivotal role in shaping Belfast’s built environment, ensuring council assets arestrategically developed and maintainedto support the city’s growth.
