Role - Front of House or Receptionist
Pay rate - £12.50 per hour + Paid Holidays
Location - HVIVO, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR, UK
Job Type - Contractual Role, Initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension
Hours - Full time, 37 hours per week - Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00
Start Date and Interview - Once completing the documentation, Face to face Interview
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls promptly and assist callers or transfer them to the appropriate party.
2. Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding to messages and forwarding them as needed.
3. Update notice boards with relevant information for employees or visitors.
4. Maintain a visitor log, ensuring all visitors sign in and issuing visitor badges.
5. Provide access passes to employees or visitors, ensuring proper authorisation.
6. Assist in planning and coordinating company events or functions.
7. Prepare meeting rooms by ensuring they are clean, organised, and equipped with necessary supplies.
8. Support the manager with scheduling, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
Essential Requirements:
9. Sound knowledge of computer based systems
10. Experience in a thriving office environment
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills
