Senior Paid Social Executive London | Hybrid - 2 office days a week Full-time | Permanent £35,000 strong benefits The Role I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join a high-performing, fast-growing media team in London. This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of campaigns end-to-end, working across global B2B clients and delivering performance-driven paid social strategies. You'll play a key part in shaping campaign direction, testing new approaches, and driving real commercial impact. You'll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team where innovation, autonomy, and progression are genuinely championed. What You'll Be Doing Planning, setting up, and managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms Translating client briefs into smart, insight-led media plans aligned to funnel objectives Monitoring and optimising campaigns daily (targeting, bidding, creative) to drive performance Delivering clear, compelling reporting and actionable insights Acting as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders Managing budget pacing and campaign QA to ensure seamless delivery Collaborating with strategy, creative, content, and analytics teams Proactively identifying testing opportunities and new platform features What We're Looking For 2-3 years' experience in paid social campaign management (agency experience preferred) Strong hands-on expertise across LinkedIn and Meta Confident running campaigns end-to-end Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimisation techniques Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused Experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT / Copilot) is a bonus Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends Why Apply?
