Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for key meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support the director in managing correspondence, including drafting emails and letters. Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points as required. Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.Profile A successful EA to a Director should have: Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
