About you You’re a CNC operator who enjoys variety. You like having a few machines on the go, different materials coming through, and a workshop that stays busy. You’re comfortable working on your own once you know the job, but you’re just as happy being part of a wider production team. Ideally, you’ve already worked in signage and understand how sign components come together. If not, you’ve got the right foundations and the appetite to learn. You take pride in accuracy and finish, notice when something is slightly off, and sort it before it becomes a problem. Your experience You’ve worked in a fabrication or manufacturing environment and understand the pace that comes with it. CNC routing is familiar territory, and you’ve got hands-on experience running machines with confidence. Signage CNC experience is a strong advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters more is that you’re technically capable, organised, and keen to develop your skills. You’re used to working with materials like acrylics, metals, woods and composites, and you’re comfortable reading specifications, setting tooling and making adjustments when needed.
