The Role
* Handle a variety of residential property transactions.
* Have the opportunity to work on high-profile residential property matters.
* Your work will include freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy plot sales and shared ownership matters.
What Are We Looking For?
* Ideally a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
* At least 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience.
* Someone with the right character and a clear plan for their own professional growth.
* A commitment to contributing positively to the firm’s collaborative team culture.
* An understanding of the importance of long-term growth and relationship building.
