Key Responsibilities: Manages daily reception shift operations and ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures. Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritise the departmental goals in an efficient and effective way. Smooth door to table and way-out operations between floor and host team. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline reception team members. Requirements/skills: Proven experience as an Assistant Reception Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues.
