The University is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual for the role of Vice-Chancellor's Office Administrator. This role is an excellent opportunity to provide essential administrative support through organising and clerking meetings, working groups, and key committees. The individual will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date web content, ensuring accuracy and relevant information, and supporting a variety of strategic projects that contribute to the University's ongoing success.
About the Team: The team provides comprehensive support to the Vice-Chancellor's Office which includes the Vice-Chancellor, Provost, Chief Operational and Transformation Officer, and Head of Governance and Compliance. The Vice-Chancellor's Office ensures effective communication and collaboration across all departments with links between Board Directors, regulators, and business partners. Beyond these responsibilities, the team also oversees University governance, legal services, and the management of data protection, underpinning the institution's commitment to regulatory compliance and best practice.
