The Role – Multi Trader Location: Clapham & surrounding areas As a Multi Trader, you’ll be carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works on social housing properties. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering stability, excellent pay, and the chance to make a positive impact in local communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Completing maintenance and repair tasks on social housing properties. Responding to tenant and property manager requests in a timely manner. Delivering high-quality workmanship on all jobs. Carrying out inspections and identifying repair needs. Collaborating with other maintenance operatives and external contractors What we’re looking for: Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance.(8 years preferred) A proactive, reliable, and high-standard approach to work.
