We’re Hiring: A Senior Customer Success Manager for a global marketing technology company combining AI, data, and omnichannel platforms to help brands grow smarter and connect with customers more effectively.
This is a brilliant role for someone who’s worked closely with email service providers (ESPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs) —someone who knows how to turn customer data into meaningful marketing outcomes.
You’ll need:
5+ years in a senior digital marketing or CRM position
Proven experience using ESPs and CDPs in a retail or ecommerce setting
A track record of managing large client accounts and growing revenue
A clear understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy
Confident communication skills with senior-level stakeholders
Comfortable leading delivery across cross-functional teams
The role:
Leading client relationships and campaign delivery
Collaborating with strategy, tech, and data leads
Shaping marketing and CRM programmes across digital channels
Driving satisfaction, retention, and growth
Based in London, with regular hybrid working at client and team offices
