Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. The Senior Floor Captain role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met.
Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (40 hrs per week).
Responsibilities
* Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our client’s teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all
* Flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the Floor Captain role
* Provide monthly stats for your area to your supervisor
