Resourcer - Recruitment (Facilities & Technical Division)
Based in Dudley
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm | Friday: 8:30am-1:30pm
Full-time | Permanent | Flexible working available
What you'll be doing
* Managing incoming applications from job boards and online platforms
* Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
* Handling calls and enquiries professionally, transferring where needed
* Sending registration forms and scheduling candidate interviews
* Supporting with compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
* Keeping the team organised - managing diaries, paperwork, and schedules
* Building a talent pipeline in advance of client needs
* Assisting with our social media recruitment campaigns
* General admin support across the team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in admin or a customer-facing role
* Confident communication skills - written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Problem-solver with great attention to detail
* Comfortable using IT systems and online tools
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Friendly, professional telephone manner
