We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global leader in mobility services with a portfolio of well-known brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a turnover of $35 billion and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to a leading mobility company worldwide.
Join us as a Graduate Management Trainee and benefit from our recognition as a TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer. We offer you the freedom to explore your potential and develop your career.
After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Many of our current leaders, including our CEO, started as graduates in our Management Training Programme.
This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of our business, emphasizing our promote-from-within culture. You will gain skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will open up. Most graduates choose to advance within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, or explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.
We prioritize diversity and inclusion, being recognized as a Top 50 Employer for Women, a Stonewall Top 100 LGBT Inclusive Employer, a Disability Confident Leader, and a Social Mobility Employer Index participant. We are committed to long-term stability and growth as a family-owned business led by third-generation CEO Chrissy Taylor.
