The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and driven Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping function across the estate. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring consistently high standards across our hotel, lodges, and public areas. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a central role in shaping the guest experience at Langdale. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating a high-performing housekeeping team across the estate Ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all accommodation and public areas Managing rotas, payroll, and labour deployment in line with business needs Overseeing linen, laundry, stock, and inventory management Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Coaching and developing supervisors and team members to build capability and engagement Driving continuous improvement in standards, processes, and service delivery Managing departmental costs and identifying efficiencies without compromising quality Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Supporting wider estate projects and acting as Duty Manager when required What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior housekeeping or hospitality leadership role A hands-on leader who leads by example and builds strong team relationships A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a fast-paced operation with attention to detail Experience of managing teams, performance, and development Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost and quality Confident communicator with a positive and engaging approach Comfortable using IT systems and managing operational data Why Join Langdale?
