Senior National Account Manager - 12 Month FTC
Location: West Midlands, Birmingham, United Kingdom
Job Type: 12 Month FTC Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking for a Senior Account Manager on a 12 FTC.
This role is a hybrid role and will require you to be based in their Birmingham offices 3 days per week.
Job Duties:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within national accounts
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability
4. Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve performance
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of account strategies
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
7. Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
8. Demonstrated success in selling and negotiating with national retail accounts
9. Strong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plans
10. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscape
13. Proficiency in business planning and financial analysis
14. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
