Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor
Location: Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and dynamic Residential Property team, based in Bristol. This established department handles a wide range of transactions, offering you the chance to work on varied and high-quality matters while developing your career in a supportive environment.
You'll be involved in all aspects of residential property, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Taking client instructions and providing clear, accurate advice
* Liaising with clients in person, by phone and in writing
* Drafting key documents and managing correspondence with third parties
* Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
* Maintaining compliance with LEXCEL standards
* Supporting business development and helping generate new leads
About You
* Self-motivated and confident managing their own workload
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experienced in residential property transactions with strong technical knowledge
* Interested in contributing to marketing and the wider growth of the business
