About The Role To develop a pipeline of eligible apprenticeship candidates through activity with schools, colleges and youth and community groups. Manage and develop their regional caseload and develop positive relationships to deliver referrals throughout the year. About The Person Build and manage a regional caseload of education and youth organisations who have potential apprenticeship candidates Represent QA positively and professionally as the market leader in IT and business apprenticeships at all times Deliver presentations and workshops on apprenticeships and other related subjects (presentations average 20-30, but can be up to 1000) Attend events to promote QA to students, parents and educators Organising exhibition stands, literature, marketing collaterol and all IT requirements in preparation for each event Gain optimum leads from all events and activities to feed into ongoing marketing Gather and share pictures and comments of activities and events for marketing - gaining appropriate permissions from relevant parties Report on success and outcomes of each event to marketing eg no. of potential candidates, no. of leads, potential employers, future events Collate and process data of all marketing leads - education/youth contacts and candidate referrals and potentials - complying with all data protection and ISO27001 policy at all times Develop email database and social media links with education and youth organisations in their region Maintain positive relationships with regional caseload Liaison with sales team to refer candidates in their region Adhere to all Company policies, including, but not limited to Health and Safety policy, IT User policy and Anti-Bribery policy. Any additional tasks that you are assigned by your line manager or a senior member of staff. Your Skills & Experience Educated to A level (or equivalent) or above Experience of delivering presentations and workshops to small and large groups Proven track record of developing a contacts and activity with a client base Previous work or volunteering in education or young people is desirable Confident IT skills including good powerpoint, excel and database skills and sound understanding of social media Self motivated and able to work on their own initiative remotely Strong telephone skills Excellent organisational skills, planning and attention to detail A positive, engaging and encouraging personality
