The Content and Resource Producer role sits within the Marketing Operations Team, part of the Marketing and Brand department within the Commercial Directorate. This directorate includes Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, and Product Development, all focused on putting our customers first. This isn’t a line management role, but it is highly collaborative. You’ll work with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple locations, with occasional travel to other AQA offices. You’ll also work closely with subject experts, agencies and internal teams (including Security, Risk and GDPR). Key responsibilities You will : Develop and manage content across the acquisition, nurture and retention lifecycle, ensuring everything you create supports revenue goals and enhances customer experience. Create high ‑ performing revenue ‑ enablement content, including sales collateral, pitch materials, case studies, product explainers and customer ‑ facing assets. Contribute to video content by guiding messaging and video editing to enhance impact. Collaborate with subject experts and external partners to co ‑ create accurate, impactful content. Monitor performance and insights, continually refining content based on what works best. Strong organisational and stakeholder ‑ management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and teams. All revenue enablement sales collateral should highlight the unique benefits and selling points for each subject, whilst resources should reflect different segment needs and showcase our full customer value proposition.The content and resource producer role for revenue enablement sits within the marketing team at AQA, working closely with marketing propositions, sales, subject support, product specialists and other content streams. Marketing and Brand is a department that sits within the Customer and Product directorate with a driving strategy to make customers chose us, with the content coming out of this revenue enablement workstream being crucial to fulfil this goal through join up, cross-team working practises. Activities: Manage the content required to acquire, nurture and retain our customers as contained in the content plan, this includes the development, revision, repurposing and retirement of content. Work collaboratively to co-create content with subject experts, teaching practitioners and third‑parties to meet objectives and purpose, ensuring its designed with the user in mind and delivered on-time and to budget. Commission relevant internal and external subject experts and third-parties to develop, review and produce content. Work with colleagues in Assessment and Curriculum to review resources produced by approved third-parties to support a quality output and adherence to AQA policies. Work with relevant colleagues to provide information as required to support the effective process of managing associates, subject experts and third parties. Write and communicate effective briefs to ensure successful production of content. Support the Content and Resource Manager to effectively manage and coordinate the production of each piece of content to time, to quality and budget. Make suggestions for improvements in process and quality of outcome. Work collaboratively with colleagues to build knowledge and understanding of the subject matter, teaching environment, strategy and plan. Monitor the success of content produced to continuously learn and improve, and undertake personal development to learn from external best practice and developments.
