What you’ll do
* Produce business requirements to inform future state design for our digital platforms.
* Support teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy.
* Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third‑party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
* Support others to articulate ideas and requirements in formats required by the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories and illustrations.
* Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and ensure they’re aligned with key strategic principles.
* Interact with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non‑functional needs.
* Analyze existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the work at hand.
* Support the identification of team priorities based upon feedback from customers, key stakeholders and the team.
The skills you’ll need
* Good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies and experience working within an Agile environment.
* Appropriate business analyst certification.
* Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques.
* Strong communication skills – ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management‑level colleagues.
* Good collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Experience working with digital platforms and mobile applications.
* Experience within large‑scale transformation programmes.
* Experience using Jira and Confluence.
