Implementation Consultant
Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid following probabtion)

About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in guiding businesses through the successful implementation of systems. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and deliver training that supports long-term success. Whether you're from a consulting background or have hands-on experience in operations, accounts, or stock control this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes
* Configure software to meet client-specific requirements
* Deliver user training and support throughout implementation
* Encourage process improvement and system adoption
* Collaborate with internal teams including Project Leaders and Support
* Deliver projects primarily remotely, with occasional on-site visits
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in software implementation
OR Operational background in accounts, stock, warehousing, or distribution
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy and eager to become a product expert
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
* UK driving licence and access to a car
