For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main Responsibilities Change management strategy & execution Develop and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies and frameworks aligned with HR transformation and systems modernisation programmes. Drive business readiness activities, ensuring milestones are achieved across diverse operational environments. Lead change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder & business engagement Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders, programme sponsors, and business stakeholders to foster buy-in and commitment. Facilitate engagement forums, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to track readiness and surface risks or issues. Lead and develop a change champion network creating a trusted bridge between employees and leadership increasing buy-in and reduce resistance to change. Communication & engagement Partner with the internal communications team to design and deliver multi-channel, creative campaigns that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption. Training & capability building Define and deliver training strategies to support system adoption and new HR processes, working with L&D and project teams. Equip managers and change champions with tools and confidence to lead local adoption. Governance & delivery Develop and monitor readiness trackers, reporting progress and issues into programme governance structures. Collaborate with Risk, Communication, TDDI, HR, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation. The Ideal Candidate Essential Proven track record in enterprise-level change management for HR and/or systems transformation. Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR). Strong facilitation, coaching, and people engagement skills. Ability to create and deliver effective communication and training plans. Experience in large, complex organisations with unionised workforces. Familiarity with HRIS, workforce management, or enterprise systems implementations. Desirable Professional accreditation in Change Management or related discipline. Experience in catering, facilities management, or similar operationally complex industries. Membership of a relevant professional body (CIPD, ACMP, Prosci, etc.).
