Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
Location: Aylesbury
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights (7 AM – 7 PM)

You'll be working with advanced blow‑moulding technology, helping us deliver high‑quality, sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.
Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:
Keeping production running smoothly through proactive and reactive maintenance
Working on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow‑moulding machinery
Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long‑lasting fixes
Completing maintenance records and ensuring all work meets safety, hygiene & quality standards
Collaborating with engineers across the site to ensure seamless production flow
Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipmentWhat We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of UK‑based Maintenance Engineering experience
Knowledge of blow‑moulding equipment (extrusion, injection, or stretch) is highly desirable
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental best practices
A proactive, problem‑solving approach and a strong team mindset
