Social Media Manager – Hybrid (Remote + On-site London, 1 day/week)
We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media Manager to support a fast-growing UK-based content creator across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. This is a chance to play a hands-on role in building a personal brand that combines comedy, lifestyle, beauty, and advocacy — with an audience spanning the UK, US, and West Africa.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement.
* Manage scheduling, posting, and optimisation of content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Repurpose video/photo content into platform-ready edits (e.g., reels, shorts, carousels).
* Join weekly in-person filming sessions (London-based) to capture and create content.
* Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice, keeping the community active and engaged.
* Reach out to content creators and manage collaborations, from initial contact to content planning.
* Monitor trends and feedback, jumping on opportunities to grow visibility.
* Report on analytics and share actionable recommendations.
* Support with brand collaborations, campaign execution, and PR opportunities.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing social media for influencers, creators, or personal brands.
* Confident video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
* Strong copywriting and ability to adapt to a comedic, authentic tone.
* Skilled at community management — responding to DMs and comments effectively.
* Proactive in networking and reaching out to other creators for collabs.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for digital culture, trends, and influencer marketing.
The Role
This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with 1 in-person day per week in London for filming and content creation. It's ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, is quick on trends, and wants to be part of an exciting personal brand journey.
If this sounds like you, please send your CV/portfolio and examples of social media accounts you've managed or content you've created.
