About the Role
Reporting into the CRM Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the CRM communications plan to our group CRM database.
This role will support the build and deployment of relevant, compelling, and targeted consumer-led campaigns based on consumer and business needs to deliver incremental returns, support wider trading and commercial objectives, and drive long-term consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities – What you’ll be doing
* Ensure vouchers are set up, tested, and maintained.
* Set up competitions and select winners.
* Support budget management and purchase order raising.
* Test and proof communications.
* Write data briefs and update them.
* Collaborate with the CRM manager and analytics partner to deliver targeted communications, from testing to full deployment, ensuring relevant offers and content reach consumers through multiple channels.
* Work with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into consumer activation plans.
* Gather and consolidate requirements from internal stakeholders including marketing, trading, clinical team, propositions, and joint venture partners.
* Build an optimal consumer contact plan with CRM Managers to maximize growth and impact based on priorities.
* Utilize consumer insights and analysis to shape expectations and identify future opportunities.
* Coordinate with partner marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging, campaigns, and content following brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Assist the CRM Manager in working with commercial teams to develop and approve testing business cases.
* Work with analytics to identify opportunities, define testing methodologies, and analyze results.
About You – What you’ll bring to the role
* Degree educated, preferably with a relevant marketing qualification and substantial experience.
* Experience managing consumer relationship marketing programs.
* Strong team player with a track record of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational skills and willingness to be hands-on, including proofing and copywriting.
* Empathy for consumers, with a passion for understanding and responding to their needs.
