18 Week Support, a trusted partner to the NHS, is currently seeking skilled and forward-thinking ENT Consultant Surgeons to join our growing team in East Sussex.

As a Surgical ENT Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with a broad spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Your responsibilities will include leading on the diagnosis, operative and non-operative management of ENT disorders, and contributing to the strategic development of ENT services within the organisation.
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with ENT conditions across outpatient and surgical settings.
Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures (e.g., tonsillectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, ear surgery, laryngoscopy).
Lead or participate in outpatient clinics, diagnostic investigations, and minor surgical procedures.
