Established Construction Company | Corby (2 days per week on-site) | £75,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities
This is a multifaceted position where you'll be instrumental in:
* Financial Planning & Analysis - Owning the budgeting and forecasting cycles, building sophisticated financial models, and delivering strategic insights
* Commercial Partnering - Acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, challenging assumptions and driving profitable decision-making
* Performance Reporting - Producing high-quality management information and presenting financial narratives to the Board
* Strategic Input - Playing an active role in business planning, investment appraisal, and growth initiatives
* Process Enhancement - Leading continuous improvement projects to elevate finance operations and systems
You'll be a key voice in the business, with regular interaction at the highest levels and real influence over the direction of the company.
The Ideal Candidate
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven track record in commercial finance, with strong FP&A capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Strategic thinker who can balance the detail with the bigger picture
* Career-focused individual with aspirations for senior leadership positions
* Experience within construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments would be beneficial

* Base Salary: Up to £75,000
* Bonus Scheme: 10% annual performance bonus
