We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient sales workflows and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives. Duties: Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct, including pricing, product codes, delivery instructions, and customer information. Quotation Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and issuing quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to general sales support, providing timely and professional responses. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM system (e.g., Workbooks). Documentation & Filing: Manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible. Reporting: Assist in generating sales reports and providing data analysis to support sales forecasting and strategy. Logistics Coordination: Liaise with Project Management to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products, resolving any issues that may arise. Invoice & Payment Support: Work closely with the finance department on invoicing queries and payment tracking related to sales orders. Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
