GSL Education are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Louth, starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a subject that sparks curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and shapes future paths.
As a Psychology Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 4 and 5 students, helping them to understand core psychological theories, research methods, and real-world applications.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Psychology lessons.
Teach students in accordance with the curriculum and exam board specifications.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and intervention as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to departmental planning, meetings, and school activities.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and academic standards.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Specialism in Psychology or a closely related subject.
Experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level.
