* Oversee all payroll processes
* Oversee payroll operations
* Ensure weekly and monthly payroll is accurately processed and completed
* Deal with pensions
* Handle care vouchers
* Manage attachment of earnings orders
* Manage and resolve issues related to payroll production
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Payroll Specialist should have:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
* Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
* Solid understanding of weekly and monthly payroll processes
* Good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
* Proficient in MS Office and relevant payroll software and databases
* Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
* Experience with HMRC
* Experience with internal and external payroll services
* Confident user of Excel
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
