Job Description The Head Athletic Trainer will develop and implement the total medical care of student-athletes as specified by the South Atlantic Conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association and other governing bodies. The Head Athletic Trainer will monitor athletic training students in a clinical setting. Required Qualifications *Masters Degree in Athletic Training or related area; *Meet SACSCOC teaching requirements; *NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer for a minimum of 1 year; *Tennessee State Licensed Athletic Trainer (or eligible); and *Demonstrated teaching success in an Athletic Training Curriculum. Preferred Qualifications *First Aid & CPR Instructor Certification.
