Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations on a variety of new build projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining excellent on‑site relationships.
Responsibilities
* Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
* Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with specifications
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site
* Assist in resolving technical or operational challenges
* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient delivery
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
* Proven experience within an Electrical Supervisor role in the M&E or construction sector
* Strong background working on new build projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Relevant Electrical and Supervisor qualifications
