Vacancy:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Brackley, Northamptonshire, working within our 2 bedded childrens residential home. The home supports young children between the ages of 5 12, who enjoy taking part in a range of physical activities, especially basketball!
You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and young people throughout the night. Managing night-time routines, and address any issues which may arise, creating a peaceful and secure environment for everyone. Liaising with day shift staff to ensure a thorough handover of any issues or incidents, which may have occurred during the night.
Night shifts operate from 9pm until 8am on a 5 on 5 off rota.
