We are seeking a Back of House Shift Leader who is eager to grow with us and share in our success.
You will collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to ensure high-quality food, guest care, and service. Your role involves working to brand standards, leading your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

* Adhere to food and operational standards, prioritizing the guest experience
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Support team development through training and coaching
* Welcome new team members and help them develop their skills
* Maintain operational standards that positively impact store performance
Key Skills & Knowledge:
* Monitor portion control and food levels in the kitchen
* Experience with high-volume trading is preferred
* Provide training and encourage cross-training for team growth
* Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
* Ensure equipment is cleaned thoroughly and timely
* Present a professional appearance and positive attitude
* Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu
* Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils
* Complete daily paperwork according to brand standards
* Understand and communicate food with integrity
* Manage P&L, budgets, and payroll effectively
* Oversee stock levels and availability
* Control costs to maintain profitability
