Job Description
3. Coordinate PAS‑compliant retrofit projects from pre‑start through to post‑completion
4. Manage and maintain auditable evidence packs in line with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and funding requirements
5. Support pre‑contract planning, gateway requirements, and retrofit design development
6. Act as a central compliance contact for site teams, retrofit assessors, clients, and scheme administrators
7. Upload, manage, and control retrofit data via PASHub and internal/client systems
8. Work closely with operational teams to ensure works in progress remain compliant
9. Streamline and continuously improve retrofit processes and documentation flow
10. Ensure records meet SHDF (or similar) funding audit standards
The Successful Applicant
11. Background in construction, retrofit, or social housing
12. Strong working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark, and retrofit compliance
13. Experience managing documentation, evidence, audits, and compliance packs
14. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
15. Confident coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities
16. Clear, professional communicator
17. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with cloud‑based document systems
