Overview
Hire and Sales Co-ordinator – Basildon. Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00. Speedy Hire is the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services.
The Hire and Sales Co-ordinator will liaise with customers via telephone and email, take end-to-end ownership of requests, and work with the wider Speedy network to fulfil needs to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers by phone and email and manage end-to-end customer requests.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and high-quality service.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their needs to support business growth.
* Contribute to a positive workplace culture by collaborating with colleagues.
* Support the business unit in delivering the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
