About The Role
You'll plan and schedule Electrical testing and remedials across the UK, coordinating a team of Electricians to deliver work safely, on time, and to standard. Every day is varied, with problem-solving, team management, and opportunities to make a real impact on the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the key link between clients, engineers, and the wider business to keep projects running smoothly.
Plan and schedule work nationwide, ensuring engineers are fully equipped, trained, and supported.
Monitor job completion, paperwork, invoicing, and reporting to keep operations on track.
Drive team performance and support management in achieving KPIs and strong service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with experience as a Labour Controller, Planner or Scheduler, who thrives in a busy, service-driven environment. You stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and enjoy solving problems as they arise. Strong people skills are essential — building client relationships while guiding and supporting colleagues is a big part of the role. Organised and tech-savvy, you'll confidently use tools like Excel and our in-house system to plan ahead, react fast, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
