We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join the finance team of a growing organisation undergoing significant transformation and expansion. With recent private investment and a clear growth strategy, the business is scaling rapidly through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. This is a dynamic, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in supporting the business as it integrates new acquisitions, enhances financial processes, and delivers critical insights to leadership. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to improve systems, deliver accurate financial reporting, and support commercial decision-making at a pivotal stage of growth.
