We’re looking for an outstanding ASD Outreach Worker to join our valued and vibrant Autism Outreach Service. This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team that actively supports mainstream nursery and primary school settings across the borough.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Working with children with autism and social communication needs across Early Years, KS1, and KS2.
2. Empowering mainstream staff by developing their capacity to support pupils through collaborative planning and coaching.
3. Supporting inclusive practice by liaising with families, teachers, and other professionals.
4. Sharing expert strategies that directly enhance the educational experiences of children with autism.
