Legal Assistant (Conveyancing) – Bridgend
Salary: £27,000 (DOE) | Full-time | On-site
TSR Legal are seeking a Legal Assistant (Conveyancing) to join a modern, forward-thinking law firm in Bridgend. This is a full-time, on-site role providing essential support to a conveyancing fee earner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team.
* Preparing and managing legal documentation for property transactions.
* Assisting with post-completion matters and client communications.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
Requirements:
* Previous conveyancing experience is essential.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
