Role location: home based from the UK
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Sales Incentives & Performance to join our Commercial Development & Insights team.
In this role, you will be at the centre of our EMEAC commercial engine, designing and analysing sales incentive plans, quotas, territories and performance reporting. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, Analytics and Marketing, you’ll ensure our sales teams are motivated, rewarded fairly and equipped with the insights they need to deliver exceptional results.
By combining robust quantitative analysis with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder collaboration, you will help optimise sales performance, safeguard the integrity of incentive spend and support our broader growth ambitions across the EMEAC region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of predictive quota‑setting methodologies, ensuring fair, data‑driven and strategically aligned targets across territories and roles.
* Build, maintain and enhance performance reporting and dashboards (including in Power BI and Qlik Sense), turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Sales and Commercial leadership.
* Own territory reporting, item hierarchies and the EMEAC Territory Management Tool (TMT) to safeguard data accuracy, enable reliable performance reporting and provide recommendations on optimal territory alignment.
* Support the design and application of workload and capacity models within sales territories, providing clear, data‑backed recommendations to sales management on how to optimise coverage.
* Partner effectively with Sales, Commercial Finance, Analytics, Marketing and other stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge constructively and co‑create solutions that support performance goals.
* Plan, prioritise and deliver multiple analytical projects and regular reporting cycles to tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality, governance and attention to detail.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Understanding of sales incentive plan design principles.
* Knowledge of commercial finance concepts (e.g., revenue, margin, forecasting, accruals) and how sales incentives and quotas impact financial performance.
* Working knowledge of CRM and business intelligence platforms. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce will be advantageous.
* Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.
* Business acumen and organisational understanding.
* Excellent time management, communication skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
