* Oversee the operation of the meeting and event space, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
* Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
* Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
