We are excited to be recruiting a highly motivated and impactful Programme Achievement Manager to join our Student Services team at Sandwell College on a fixed-term basis until the end of the academic year. Reporting to the Assistant Principal of Student Services, this is a critical role in driving student retention, attendance and achievement. You will act as an advocate for learners — particularly those at risk — ensuring every possible support mechanism is in place to enable them to succeed. This role focuses on improving attendance, narrowing achievement gaps (including English and Maths), strengthening tutorial provision and ensuring robust monitoring systems are in place to support learners effectively.
