I am urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.You’ll act as the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of enquiries including repairs, rent and housing queries, while delivering a professional and empathetic service.
Key duties:
1. Managing inbound calls and emails
2. Resolving customer queries at first contact where possible
3. Raising and scheduling repairs accurately
4. Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous customer service or call centre experience
6. Ideally, experience within the housing sector
7. Confidentmunicator with strong problem-solving skills
8. Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
The role:
9. 37 hours per week (rota-based hours)
10. Hybrid working (home and office split, flexibility required)
11. Temporary opportunity within a supportive team
12. Is required on a temporary basis until the end of June 2026
