I am working with one of my favourite foodie brands on this cracking new role for a Senior Maintenance Manager. The role will be based in central London but will have a national reach as you will be responsible for Maintenance across the estate of 60+ sites.
All About you
As Senior Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Property Director and lead and deliver day-to-day repair and maintenance across the estate. You will manage and develop a small team, coordinate external contractors and work collaboratively with the Operations team. You will work to ensure efficient, safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for both planned and reactive maintenance.
We are looking for someone who is happy to be hand- on, visible and present in the business and who can prioritise tasks to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and optimise repairs and maintenance activity across the UK estate
2. Develop the CAFM system to best support the group at all levels
3. Coordinate and prioritise reactive and planned maintenance work through the helpdesk function.
