Not only do we provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, but we also cover all aspects of Land, New Homes, Investments & Asset Management, and servicing overseas clients. What’s more, we even have a separate team focused exclusively on providing soft services such as cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance to residential and commercial sites. Our HQ is based in Birmingham city centre, which houses many of our front-line teams as well as our support functions including marketing, finance and people. A highly organised, calm, and emotionally intelligent professional with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated experience supporting a senior business leader or C-suite executive Someone who thrives on pace and change, but brings clarity and composure to every challenge A proactive problem-solver — always thinking one step ahead and making things happen without fuss Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal Discretion and a natural ability to build trust Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other business tools with confidence Flexible approach to work and willingness to travel for meetings when required And what will you be doing? No two days are the same, but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply: Providing confidential, proactive executive support to our Founder Acting as a liaison between the Founder and the wider Centrick Group, helping ensure communication flows seamlessly and supporting him to keep up to speed with all actions and attendance that requires his attention Supporting the founder with initiatives outside of the Centrick group, including his charitable work and other business interests Meeting contractors at the Founders personal property when needed and co-ordinating suppliers, contractors etc Support with domestic administration (eg. coordinating school calendar, booking trips, arranging and meeting contractors at the founders personal properties) Managing an ever-changing diary and inbox, acting as a gatekeeper and sounding board Coordinating complex national and international travel, often at short notice Monitoring and responding to high-level email correspondence with professionalism and discretion Preparing briefings, agendas, and key information ahead of internal and external meetings Acting as a liaison between the Founder and the wider business, helping ensure communication flows seamlessly Taking ownership of logistical planning and supporting with personal admin where needed What’s in it for you?
