We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop Children’s home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
 * Promote a child-centred, therapeutic approach to care that meets the individual needs of each young person.
 * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of training, supervision, and support.
 * Manage referrals, placements, and transitions to ensure stability and the best possible outcomes for children.
 * Maintain accurate records and ensure effective safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management.
Requirements:
 * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
 * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential care setting.
 * Strong understanding of Ofsted inspections, safeguarding legislation, and EBD therapeutic approaches.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
 * A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
